Teaching Materials Exchange Site
Teaching Materials Exchange is a place where users may download innovative ways to teach language at a variety of age levels, from preschool to adult. The ideas are contributed by speech-language pathologists or educators who specialize in augmentative communication.
You may browse and download materials by using the side navigation menu which is organized by device, materials, age, language and importable file. All materials are provided in .zip compression format.
Go online to http://teaching.prentrom.com/
And create a member account. Member accounts can download teaching materials and will be provided with new tools in the future. You may also create an Author account to have the same access as Members, but are able to upload teaching materials.

ECO 14 Tech Tips from PRC
- If you enter a computer application from the Launch row and then you go to a Spell page, the OK key at the bottom takes you back one page.
- The Cancel key at the bottom of the page also has an Escape programmed into it so that you can get those dialogue boxes you dont want to see out of your way.
- HOME and END do not take you to the top and bottom of a document unless you do Control + Home and Control +End.
- ECO version 1.04 has scanning and head-pointing mouse pages in most of the Unity areas. If you want, you can copy a mouse page key and paste it anywhere else in that user area. People should clear out the key contents of the mouse page links they dont use.
- The Internal Tracker can only do a click, no double click or right click unless you use the tools on the head-pointing mouse page.
- There is a freeware called Open Office that has a spell checker in Word. For people who cant afford to buy Microsoft Office and need the spell check. I have not tried Open Office to see if the keyboard shortcuts are the same in it as they are in Word.
- To have a Unity User Area with no scrolling, try expanding Unity 60 to 144 locations.
